Change BOCC Meeting Call-In Information

The Dixie County Board of County Commissioners is updating the way the public can listen to and participate in BOCC meetings by phone.

Beginning with the next BOCC meeting, the County will no longer use the previous FreeConference call‑in number. Instead, all public call‑in access will be provided through the County’s Microsoft Teams Audio‑Only meeting system.

This change improves:

• Reliability of call‑in service
• Audio clarity
• Security and compliance, including Sunshine Law support
• Consistency, with separate but permanent call‑in numbers for morning and evening meetings

Updated call‑in details will be included on all future published agendas, on the County website, and on posted notices.

Morning Meetings – 10:00 AM (First Thursday of every month)

Any additional workshops that are scheduled will have call‑in details provided at the time of the meeting announcement.

If you attempt to call the old number, please be aware that it will no longer connect you to BOCC meetings.
